Winter Wine Tasting

Do you ever have so much fun doing something you started to think “How can I do this all the time? How can I make this my every day job?” We have, and thus Easy Entertaining was born.

Private dinners with small, intimate groups, are our FAVORITE kind of event to help host. They allow us to get really creative with menus and pairings, along with plating and execution. Events like these remind us why we wanted to start catering in the first place.

Last night we took part in our first Wine Dinner of 2016. Another Providence small business owner, and friend of ours, came to us with this awesome idea for her staff holiday party – a progressive wine dinner with five micro courses! Needless to say we we’re all over that idea.

Dinner by Dames – Driven Female Chefs of Providence

This collaborative dinner between Eat Drink RI and Easy Entertaining Inc. is bound to be a one-of-a-kind experience.  Five of Providence’s most prestigious female Chefs will be joining together to bring you a fantastic multi course meal.  The Dames themselves are Melissa Denmark of Gracies and Ellie’s Bakery, Jessica Wood of Fire and Water Restaurant Group, Maria Meza of El Rancho Grande, Easy Entertaining‘s very own Kaitlyn Roberts, and Jordan Goldsmith of Garden Grille.

This dinner will feature Welcome Bites from each Chef along with a different course prepared by each Dame – there will also be a wine pairing package available for each course, provided by The Savory Grape.
